Some games can improve hand eye co-ordination and reflexes because you need to make decisions in games.

Friendships can be built online by talking to people. For example, you can use a microphone and make friends.

 Digital technology you can go on social networks which makes it easier to maintain contact with family and friends, especially those who live far away.

ICT skills can help us get better paid jobs and more skills jobs.

Mobile phones can help us keep safe by always being able to contact others when in need.
