Daily routine

My daily routine

• I normally wake up at 5:30 o'clock

• Then, I get up at 5:35 a.m
• for preparing myself to school

• Before breakfast, first I take a shower. I always use hot water for the shower. I dislike cold water.
•

• After the shower, I get dressed.
• I always have to wear
• the school uniform.
•

• Then, I have my delicious breakfast.
• I normally eat cereal,milk, eggs and coffee.
•

• Then, I floss my teeth
•

• Finally, I brush them.
•

• I get ready for school.
• I always pack my favorite book, a notebook, pen, pencil and general stuff.

• And finally I arrive to school at 7 a.m.
• When I get there, I always greet my friend before class. We normally talk about school, boys, girls, teachers, etc.

• After school I always back home and I have my lunch. I normally eat meat, chicken with fries. I sometimes eat vegetables because I do not like them much.
•

• During the afternoon I sometimes like to take a nap.
• I recover energy.
•

• But, I do not always take a nap, I sometimes start to do my homework and then, I play some video games .
•

• At night I like to have dinner with my family. We normally eat salad, tuna or fish and we drink juice. We love fruit juices.
• 

Weekends!

• I really love weekends!
• I always get up late. I normally wake up between 9 a.m. or 10 a.m.
•

• I always eat eggs and bacon on weekends. I love bacon!
•

• I like to go to swim In the afternoon. After that, I always visit my grandma.

Essential vocabulary

• Para escribir una rutina con buen nivel de vocabulario hay que tener en cuenta lo siguiente:
• 1. Adverbios de secuencia: un adverbio de secuencia sirve para enumerar las acciones. Por ejemplo: first, then, before, after...
• before breakfast, first I take a shower.....
• Normalmente se pone antes de la acción de la rutina; tal y como se muestra en el ejemplo anterior.

• always, normally, sometimes, often, usually etc..
• Se ponen inmediatamente después del pronombre
• I sometimes take a nap
• I always wake up at......
