- 1What is abstraction?abstraction is when you filter out which information is important to the solution and which parts are not.
- 2What is decomposition?Breaking down a problem into smaller subproblems and components.
- 3what is pattern recognition?Looking for key elements in your solution which can be repeated.
- 4What are structured diagrams?Diagrams which help us lay out the structure of the problem.
- 5What are flowcharts?Diagrams which help us see the flow of the program. Allows us to see the programming structures that we might need to implement such as loops and repetition.
- 6What is an algorithm?A precise, step-by-step set of instructions for solving a task.
