- 1—Materials development means all the processes made use of by teachers as propositions of action in the classroom.
- 2—Coursebooks today are almost obsolete, aren't focused on Ss needs and are standardised, directive and centralised.
- 3—Tsui explains that less experienced teachers make more use of the coursebook. And that the most experienced are more selective and varied with the material.
