- 1Anti Virus SoftwareA piece of software or hardware which can have security attached to it. In order to pass through it, data must meet criteria set by the administrator of the system. Most common is blocking sites deemed unsuitable from being downloaded from the internet.
- 2Data Encryption SoftwareIs software which can block junk emails or emails that are sent in bulk or from senders who you don’t know.
Dealing with it costs time, money and resources. - 3Fire WallIs software that can detect if a virus is present on a system, alert the user and remove it if desired
- 4Anti Spam SoftwareUsed to store and transfer data by scrambling the data. Data is converted into a code using an encryption key before being transmitted it is then encrypted into the original data using a decryption key
