Plastic: a litter problem as it does not biodegrade easily
Metal: must be coated inside otherwise it reacts to the product
Glass: easily broken
- 6Types of food packagingVacuum: removes the air from the pack and keeps food with no oxygen
Tamper-proof: shrink-wrapped jars and plastic collars on bottles are types of tamper-proof packaging
Biodegradable: can be broken down by other living organisms
