- 1DatabaseA database is a collection of information comprised of tables, forms, queries and reports.

- 10Relational DatabaseA database that consists of many tables each withholding extensive information about the entity which will then use foreign keys to refer to relationships.
- 11Entity Relationship DiagramA diagram illustrating the relationships between entities
- 12ProductivityThe efficiency of an organisation or business using some standardised measure.
- 13EntityA real world thing represented by a table. (records are examples of entities with a table) E.G. Mrs. Smith is a patient (patient = entity, Mrs. Smith= example
