1Muscular forceThe force applied with the help of muscles is called muscular force.
For eg : person lifting weight
2Frictional ForceWhen two surfaces rub against each other, it gives rise to frictional force.
E.g. match stick rubbed against the match box
It always acts against the direction of motion.
3Frictional ForceForce of friction is less between two smooth surfaces.
E.g.: walking on oily floor

E.g.: Running on the ground
5Gravitational ForceThe force applied by the earth to pull objects
towards itself is called gravitational force.
E.g. Fruit falling to the ground
