- 24What is Plasma?Clear yellowish liquid that is 90% water 10% dissolved materials such as nutrients and waste. Blood cells and platelets are suspended in Plasma.
- 25What are Platelets?Platelets are broken bits of cells Produced in the bone marrow
- 26What do platelets help do?They Help Clot Blood.
- 27What can a too much of a blood clot cause?1. Heart Attack if it occurs in the heart
2. A stroke if it occurs in the brain
