- 5Principle 4Personal data shall always be kept up to date and accurate.
- 6Principle 5Personal data shall not be kept for any longer than necessary.
- 7Principle 6Personal data shall be processed in accordance to the rights of the subject (person) under this act.
- 8Principle 7Personal data will be kept secure to ensure the data is protected from: personal damage, destruction, accidental loss, etc.
- 9PPersonal data shall not be taken outside of the EU, unless that country has data protection laws similar to our own.
