Lens tuning process: refining and polishing of the semi-finished lens to eliminate superficial rugosity

Has the superficial rugosity been completely eliminated?

Remove the protective film to obtain the finished lens

Beveling process: to give the finished lens the shape desired according to the type of sunglasses

Is the shape of the lens according to the shape desired?

Heating process: heat the frame in order to introduce the lens under pressure

Are the finished lenses well assembled in the frame?
