i marked out the measurement that i need for my design by using a steel ruler,pencil and a tri-square on the acrylic material

I first start by cutting out the design in my product by using the scroll machine

i chloroform all the different parts of pieces of acrylic together

i clamp all of my pieces of acrylic on the lathe machine

Is the acrylic place correctly and safetly ?

Start cutting the acrylic on the lathe machine

Is the correct diameter and length obtained?

is there a need for a hole driiled in the centre of the acrylic?

Drill the hole on the acrylic using the lathe machine and using the correct and right drill bit size

Is the hole size correct and obtained?

i use the dry-and-wet sand paper to remove marks on all the edges of my acrylic

Are all marks removed?

polishing and shinning the edges on the lathe machine

Are the acrylic all shined and polished?

Making of this section of the artefact is complete
