Ask the user for the values of the input variables for the circuit in Figure 1

Transform the values of the capacitor and inductor into impedances

Transform the voltage and current values from polar to rectangular form

Find the equations needed to find the missing variables (Vx, Ix)

Vx= (I1)*(R2)*(-1)

Ix= I1

Find the equations needed to obtain the values of the currents: I1, I2, I3 by using mash and node circuit analysis

Mesh Analysis:

Mesh 1: I1(R2+R1+C1)+I2(-C1)+I3(-R1)=0

Supermesh: I1(-C1-R1)+I2(C1+L1)+I3(R1)=Vin

Node Analysis:

Node x: I2-I3=-Iin

Build the matrix in order to obtain de values of the currents: I1, I2, I3

Substitue the values obtained in the equations of Vx and Ix

Transform the values of Vx and Ix from rectangular to polar form by using "rad2deg" function

Display on screen the magnitudes and angles of the variables Vx and Ix

Plot Vx and Ix vs. time
