Do all actionable Vessels have terminals assigned?

Determine Voyage, Terminal and Vessel Schedule for unmastered vessels

Master vessels in WebEC and update terminal and ATA information

Assign containers from unmastered Vessels

Update Today's Availability Report

Track container status in terminal sites, verify and update Vessel ETAs

Annotate current container status in the respective column:

- Customs [C]

- Vessel Working [V/W]

- Line [L]

- Arrived but not Available [(R)]

- Ready [R]

Update containers in Ready Status (R) to "Available" using WebEC or mass update in WebEZ

Send Availability Report to Distribution List
