Validate by checking with the stakeholders

Establish criteria, constraints, and metrics

Generate ideas

Build prototypes

If the stakeholders and design team are happy with the design, success! Otherwise, continue generating ideas.

Compare the designs to determine the one that would best satisfy the stakeholders.
