1. Secondary Storage

   • There is a key difference between memory and storage. Programs are kept on a storage device and copied into the computer's memory before they are executed. Storage is also called secondary storage.
   • Its non-volatile
   • Usb thumb drive, DVD, CD, SD card, Floppy disk.

2. Software

   • An operating system (or 'OS') controls the general operation of a computer, and provides an easy way for us to interact with computers and run applications.
