1. user problems

   • requirements to use
     • must know annual income
     • must have their deduction
     • needs to indicate if they have private health or not
   • other features
     • the program will have a help feature to teach the user how to use the program
     • a extended features function will show the in depth look at the tax system the user is using

2. developer problems

   • user interface
     • Mock ups
       • client must be happy with the mock ups before starting work on program
     • sketches
       • client must give an idea of what the program will look like
     • finished looks
       • client must be happy with the finished program or they can say what needs to be changed for the programs interface to look good to them
   • data environment
     • personal data
       • personal data must not be stored and erased after user shuts the program down
     • average data
       • average data like such as the current tax brackets must be updated each time the tax changes
   • coding environment
     • algorithms
       • first a pre-made algorithm is created for the program
       • a final algorithm is created for the program
     • final code
       • the coding is created and then tested for bugs so the program will always work
         • when the coding is created and no bugs are left the program will be considered complete and any work on it after woulds will be updates

3. client problems

   • requirements
     • must pay for work being down
     • cannot save any personal data to their own service
   • constraints
     • must wait 7-8 weeks for completion
