  1. plasmid, blood cells and platelets flow through
    1. platelets come in contacts with tissue collagen fibres breaking down releasing
      1. 1) serotonin- contraction of blood vessel restricting blood flow to damaged area
        1. 2) thromboplastin- catalyses conversion of prothrombin to thrombin with right concentration of calcium ions
          1. thrombin convert fibrinogen into fibrin forming a mesh of fibres which comes in contact with more blood cells and platelets forming a clot
            1. protein in plasmid structure tightens and toughens the clot
