   • Ability to sell a product and record the purchase also can list the availability of stack and past purchases.
   • The ability to scan barcodes that are linked to product and can list all stock and the information.
   • Ease of use for employees and has data security systems in place.

     • The company could be sued or fined because customers information has been lost.
     • This could mean that the company loose business and their reputation.

     • The company could be sued and fined for copywrite.
     • This means the company could go bust and the company would have to close.
   • Constraints not met
     • The company might not be able to pay for the product if it goes over budget and if they do they might need to have a loan and not be able to pay it back so that the company will go bust and have to close.
     • If the project takes too long then the company is still having to use the old system which isn't efficient.

     • Data from the company my be stolen or leaked
     • Security systems need to be in place to prevents this
