     • Prosses all data and instructions that make the system work

     • Dependson Clock speed, number of Cores, and Cache Size

   • CU (Control Unit)
     • Overall Control of the CPU
       • Its job is Feching, De-coding, and Executing of program instructionsby following the Fetch-Execute Cycle
     • It control the flow of data inside the CPU (to registerss, ALU, Cache) and outside of the CPU (To main memory and input/output Devices)
   • The Cache
     • The cache is very fast memory in the CPU. its slower than the registers but faster then RAM

4. Protocols and Layers

   • Encryption
     • Data is Dycrypted by the recever using the same master key - the key is not transmitted. Wireless Encryption protocols include WEP, WPA, and WPA2. a handshake protool is used to ensure the recever a a valid master key before transmition begins
     • Wireless networks broadcast data that must be encrypted in ordfer to be secure - this can be done by sacrambling the dats into ciphertext using a master key created from the networks SSID and password
     • Wireless networks are identified with a unique service set identifier (SSID). the SSID must be used by all devices that want ti cinnect to the network and can be set up to automatically broadcast to any decive in rangwe of a wap
     • Protecting your wireless network: the SSID is set automaticvally, but you can change it if you wish. it can also be hidden to make it harder to detect. Additionally, it can be secured witha password.
