                          2. Discrimination
                            1. Direct Discrimination
                              1. Treating one person less favourably than another purely on grounds of a sex/race/gender etc.

                                1. Imposing a requirement that can be satisfied by a much smaller proportion of the people from one sex/one racial group/etc than from another.
                                  1. Imposing a requirement that cannot be shown to be justifiable by the needs of the job.

                                                    1. The employer essentially forces the employee to leave by making the employee's job impossible to do (such as relocating the employee to somewhere unreasonable).
