1. INDICATED USE

   • Urinalysis strips (urine) are plastic strips in which they have been fixed parameters in separate areas of reagents. The test is for the detection of one or more of the following urine parameters: Ascorbic acid, Glucose, Bilirubin, Bodies Ketone (Acetic Acid), Specific Gravity, Blood, pH, Proteins, Urobilinogen, Nitrites and Leukocytes.

2. SUMMARY

   • Urine undergoes many changes during periods of illness or dysfunction before the composition of the blood is altered to an extent significant. Urianisis is a useful procedure as an indicator of Health or Disease, and therefore, is a part of routine screening for health. Strips Uranalysis (urine) can be used for a general health

3. REAGENTS AND PERFORMANCE

   • Based on the dry weight at the time of impregnation, the concentrations given may vary between fabricated tolerances. The following table sets the times and characteristic of each parameter
   • The characteristics and performance of the urianisis test in strips (urine) have been determined in laboratories and by means of clinical exams. For the user the Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy and precision are paramount parameters

4. PRECAUTIONS

   • • For in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not use after the date of expiration. • The strip must remain in the tube until ready to use. • Do not touch the reactive areas of the test. • Discard any strip of the tube that is discolored as it may be deteriorated
     • All specimens should be considered as potentially hazardous and must be manipulated, like any infectious agent. • Strips used must be discarded according to local regulations after the exam.

5. INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

   • The results are obtained by direct comparison with the color chart Printed in the labeling of the tube. The color table represents nominal values, values will vary closely with nominal values. In the case of results unexpected or questionable, the following steps are recommended; confirm that the sample has been examined with the expiration date in force printed on the label

6. STORAGE AND STABILITY

   • Store the tubes as they come packed at either room temperature or refrigerated (2-30 ° C). Keep out of reach of sunlight. The strip is stable until its expiration date printed on the tube label. Do not remove the desiccant. Only remove strips to be used immediately
