     • Developed in 1600-1800 It is a  Windup clockwork mech that is used to parlor tricks, to serve tea, shoot an arrow, walk a tightrope, do a handstand, perform somersault
     • AIBO
       •  Sony Aibo by Sony, 1999. The word AIbo is Japanese for companion or friend. It is beagle like and walks an all four and flips ears. It consists of 20 motorized joints for realistic movement and expresses its emotional state by changing colour and shape of eyes, barks, whines, growls
   • Asimo
     • This was created by Honda, 1986 - 2000[1]. It was created with general movements such as walking, running, climbing the stairs as well as reaching and grasping objects. The robot also responds to voice commands, camera map surroundings and avoiding obstacles.it was also used as an incentive to encourage  students to study science   o
     • Harry
       • This was made by Toyota, 2005. It was programmed to play the trumpet, with human like fingers that work the trumpet. The lips of the robot have been rubberised producing authentic vibration sounds as if it was a human playing
   • HRP-4C
     • Created by by Japans National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology  Appearance:  Looks like a real woman, it mimics human movements (walking, dancing). it can also speak and sing. Its main use of technology was in the entertainment industry and it was alsp used to evaluate devices for humans
