2. Design

   • Detailed description of the process
   • It's called algorithm
     • Pseudocode
     • Flowchart

3. Implementation

   • When the design is done, but has not been tested yet

4. Testing

   • When the solution is test to see if it works or not

5. Maintenance

   • When the solution is updated to solve minor changes related to the problem
