1. Analytical

   • Logical
     • Children who display an aptitude for numbers, reasoning and problem solving
   • Musical
     • Children who learn well though songs, patterns, rhythms, instruments and musical expression.
   • Naturalist
     • Children who love the outdoors, animals, field trips.

2. Introspective

   • Intrapersonal
     • Children who are specially in touch with their own feelings, values and ideas.
   • Existencialist
     • Children who learn in the context of where humankind stands in the "big picture" of existence.
   • Visual
     • Children who learn best visually and organizing things spatially.

3. Interactive

   • Verbal
     • Children who demonstrate strength in the language arts: speaking, writing, reading,listening.
   • Kinesthetic
     • Children who experience learning best through activity: games, movement, hands- on tasks, building.
   • interpersonal
     • Children who are noticeable people oriented and outgoing, and do their learning cooperatively in groups or with a partner.

   • By an American developmental psychologist Howard Gardener
   • In 1983

5. What is this about?

   • Gardner theorizes that people not only have an intellectual capacity, but that they have many types of intelligence, including musical, interpersonal, spatial-visual and linguistic intelligences.
