30. The schedule is a calendar-base, approved, and realistic as it relates to all of the other activities and resourses that are needed to complete the work of the project

31. The schedule model cosists of all the project date tha will be used to calculate the schedule,such as the activities, dependencie, leads and lags,etc.

32. Once a network diagram and Activity duration estimates are completed, it is time to put the information into a schedule.

33. Projetc Evaluation Review Techique (PERT)estimate is an estimate of statistical- probabilistic type therefore uses concepts such as mean, variance and standard deviation.

      • Distrubución de probabilidad triangular: Te =(a+b+c)/3
      • Distribución de probabilidad beta: Te=(a+4b+c)/6
      • Calculo de varianza probabilistica: σ² = [(c-a)/6]2
    • La estimación de tres puntos se basa en tres tipos de estimación: La Opimista (a) La mas comun (b) La pesimista (c)
