1. Bodily Kinestheticic

   • Ability to use your body to solve problems, make something, or put on a production
     • Advanced, I am a skilled soccer player and have great physical coordination

2. Logical-mathematical

   • Ability to understand the principles of some kind of system
     • Above average, enjoy thinking about abstract ideas, excellent problem-solving

3. Linguistic

   • Capacity to use language to express what's on your mind & understand others
     • Average, great at remembering information, debating, & using humor, but not great at explaining, or enjoy reading

4. Naturalisitc

   • Ability to discriminate among living things as well as sensitivity to other features of the natural world
     • Average, I love to camp & hike!! But I am not that interested in biology, zoology, etc.

5. Interpersonal

   • Ability to understand other people
     • Average, not the best communicator, but I do create positive relationships

6. Spatial

   • Ability to the spatial world in your mind
     • Average, I am good at recognizing patterns & graphs but, I am not artistically gifted

7. Musical

   • Capacity to think in music, hear patterns, recognize them, & manipulate them
     • Below average, I don't remember songs, I don't play instruments, etc.

8. Intrapersonal

   • Understanding yourself, of who you are, what you can do, etc.
     • Advanced, I enjoy learning about theories & ideas, very self-aware
