1. Can you imagine the world in 2050?

   • Futurologist Jane Hill thinks it will be better
     • ¨I´m an optmist and I think that life is going to be very good by 2050.¨
     • People are going to live to be 110 or even 120 years old, and there won´t be any cancers.
     • ¨Computers with artificial intelligence are going to solve many of our present problems¨
       • She thinks that by 2050 people will take vacations in space and live on Mras
         • We will have regular contact with extraterrestrials
           • We will have completely new plants and animals for food, and, when it is neccesary, artidficial eyes and ears.
             • She says that we will vote in elections by internet
               • We will have miniature robots constantly cleaning our houses
                 • The future is alredy here.
                   • For example, I´m buying solar panels for my house.
                     • Solar energy is the best energy.
