1. Planned Changes

   • CSS
     • Use internal CSS to set background and text colour across all pages and tables of my web app.
     • Use internal CSS to style buttons with shadows, colours, borders and hover transitions
   • HTML
     • Include a variety of headings, fonts and images (background and on page) to match the RnB theme.
     • Replace the list of linked actions (read, create) with buttons, to make the interface engaging and simply to navigate.
     • Add input sections for new table fields in UPDATE and CREATE pages in HTML.
     • Change table headings in READ page to match new database

     • Edit CREATE function so it adds data to all new table fields(columns).
     • Edit UPDATE function so the user can edit the records below the new table fields

     • Remove ‘Email’ and ‘Name’ columns from the SQL table
     • Update table to include extra columns named ‘Song Name’, ‘Artist’ and ‘Release Year’.

3. Task Requirements

   • Prescribed Criteria
     • You must be able to CREATE, READ, UPDATE and DELETE records from your database
       • CRUD App must allow the user to CREATE new records
       • CRUD App must display records READ from an SQL database.
       • CRUD App must allow the user to UPDATE existing records.
       • CRUD App must allow the user to DELETE existing records.
     • Your results must be displayed in a Flask Web Application
       • Can records from the database be displayed on the read page?
       • Does the create page update records displayed on the read page?
       • Are deleted records not shown on the read page?
     • You must have a minimum of 5 records in your CRUD application
       • Are the (minimum) 5 records displayed on the read page?
       • Are all 5 records entered in the database unique?
       • Do all records relate to the user persona requirements?
     • You must apply CSS styling to your CRUD application that aligns with your user persona's requirements E.g. A font or background colour
       • CRUD App must have a consistent colour scheme achieved through CSS styling.
       • CRUD App must have background images of an artist/s.

     • CRUD App
       • Needs and Expectations: CRUD website must be easy to navigate. Records must be clearly displayed and understandable. App must list most popular RnB songs. Website must be RnB themed.
       • Frustrations: Cannot find good recommendations for R&B songs. His current Spotify playlist is a mixture of many genres, so R&B songs rarely come up in shuffle (no Spotify Premium).
       • User Problem Summary: Treshawn wants to start listening to R&B and needs good recommendations. A CRUD App is an appropriate solution as it can display a comprehensive list of the most popular R&B songs, so he has recommendations for when he listens to music at work. Also, having an ‘Artist’ column means when he finds a song he likes, he can look up the artist’s discography to see their other songs.
