1. Harmony

   • What is harmony?
     • Harmony is the group of notes that accompany a melody
   • How is the harmony indicated?
     • With chords symbols
     • By the notes that accompany a melody

2. Accompaniment

   • What is it?
     • Is the series of chords that go with the melody
   • How the guitarrist can play accompaniment
     • By playing several strings together quickly
     • By playing separate notes on each string: an arpeggio

3. Musical arrangement

   • It is how the parts of amelody and harmonically into a composition or song. It also says what instruments play the melody or accompaniment

4. Chords

   • What is a chord?
     • It is an organized group of notes that accompany a melody
   • What notes make up a chord
     • Starting with the lowest note , add every second note: DO-MI-SOL-(SI);LA-DO-MI-(SOL)
   • How do you accompany a song with chords?
     • By playing the whole chord at once (block chord), or arpeggiating the notes of chords.
     • By linking chords, one after another.
   • What are the most important chords?
     • The chords constructed on the first, fourth and fifth notes of a scale.
