Underline the digit in the place you are rounding.
- If the digit to the right is greater than or equal to 5, add 1 to the underlined digit.
- If the underlined digit is less than 5, leave the underlined digit as is.
- If the digit to the right is greater than or equal to 5, add 1 to the underlined digit.
Then drop all the digits to the right of the underlined digit.
