1. What is it

   • Is a business database that helps by tracking the objects that they are storing
     • Data
       • The data is stored in a database and every item has its oun item code, the objects can be found searching by field description such as item price, stock level and reorder quantity

       • When new stock is recieved it is assigned to a code and they record it in the database as a new product or as more merchancy of an already registered product
     • Selling And Delivering Stock
       • When a product is selled its bar code is used also for entering to it in the database but whit a diferent process that decreases the stock and categorises it as a sold/delivered product so the stock is decreased in the system
     • Automatic Re-ordering Stock
       • Is a automatic system process that is managed as it is programed if you program it to automatically buy a certain product when its stock is low the it will order more stock for that product
