Merging to Word

Must specify what fields and other information is to be included. Also enable totalling options if needed

Used to search a database

Must use query design in which the tables are linked - when creating a relationship referential integrity must be enforced

After entering all the requirements for the database hit 'run' to generate the query result sheet

This is a document usually used as a result of a query - it makes the query look more organised and formal.

This makes it easy to get result quickly from a database

Use the report wizard to create the report, in which you can select the sources you want to use in the report e.g. - tables and queries
