motivating factors-non financial rewards/motivators

non-financial rewards vary on the type of job as well as the seniority of the job, for example factory workers may get discounts on the firms products but may not always get a factory car, whereas as a senior manager may have several non-financial rewards,such as a house,car and an expense account. These are sometimes called perks or fringe benefits of a job.

non financial rewards may include:

company vehicle (car)

discounts on the firms products

healthy care paid for.

children's education fees paid.

free accommodation.

share options where company shares are given to employees.

generous expense account
