Atom is made up of electrons which are negatively charged, neutrons have no charge and can be found in the nucleus of an atom along with the protons which have positive charge.

these orbitals are divided in to sub orbitals : s,p,d,f

orbital can contain max of 2 electrons

p contain 8 electrons

d can accommodate 10 electrons
