- Neuroplasticity is way for the brain to make/grow new and better neurons and adapt to new and improved habits. It happens during synaptic pruning in which the brain changes over time.

- Synaptic pruning is a synapse elimination that occurs between early childhood and the onset of growth in many mammals including humans.

- Neurons are the core component of the communication system in the human body, it transfers information to other cells. A neuron has a cell body, dendrites, axon and a axon terminal .The neurons change over time and grow more powerful but some of the cells we were born with have died because a of a mixture made up of neurofibrillary tangles and neuritic plaques.
