Software: The company may not be using the fastest, latest version.
Security: You have no control over the files stored and you have to trust the company to keep the safe.
Potential low performance: The speed of accessing data may be slower than using installed data. - 6How do you access the cloud?A web browser or mobile app - they don't directly access the servers.
