-Arms are in unnatural position - 3R.S.I (Repetitive Strain Injury) -Symptoms-Aching, weakness, swelling, tenderness, numbness and pins and needles/burning sensation on arms and hands
-Pain in arm or wrist even after rest
-Stiffness and aching in shoulders and neck - 4R.S.I (Repetitive Strain Injury) -Prevention- Work station and chair to correct height
-Use a wrist rest
-Elbows close to sides
-Five minutes break between an hour - 5Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -What?Bones which protect tendons that allows your fingers to move. The median nerve which controls some muscle to move your thumb.
- 6Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -Cause- Too much pressure on the median nerve
- Doing things with your hands that you are not used to - 7Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -Symptoms- Worse at night and morning
-Numbness in hands/fingers
-Pain in the forearm, going up to shoulder and neck
-Tingling and burning
- Difficult to grip objects - 8Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -Prevention- Avoid typing or using the mouse for long time
-Avoid repetitive actions
-Take regular breaks - 9Ulnar Neuritis -What?Around the back of the inside of the elbow
- 10Carpal Tunnel Syndrome -CauseElbow on the desk which causes compression of the nerve
