- 1What is a Bye-Law?A Bye-Law are laws that re made by local goverments and only apply to local areas. They are usually non indictable.
- 2What is a parliamentary law?This is a law made in parliament, made by the house of lords and the house of commons. These can often be both indictable and non indictable.
