Binary to denary

Start with a denary number.

E.g. 75

Draw and 8-bit table

Find the largest value the number fits into.

E.g. 64

Take off the value off the number and place a '1' in that column.

E.g. 75 - 64 = 11

Continue down the values, if the value fits into the number take the value off the number and put a '1' in the column, if the number does not put a '0' in the column.

E.g. 11 - 8 = 3, 3 - 2 = 1, 1 - 1 = 0
