   • Database is a place where information is stored,it would be easy to access and and easy to retrieve it and it would be easy to process it .

   • Every school stores a lot of information about me and everyone else for example:
     • when you are born and when your birthday is
     • what your primary school was
     • what all your levels are
     • attendance
     • how old you are
     • behaviour
     • history
     • what you are allergic to
     • medical information
     • where you live
     • your parents phone number
