1. A database has to be easy to access, retrieve and process data. The information stored must be secure and organised.

   • Databases are good because ...
     • It is easy to find the key information part that you want
     • It will always stay organised
     • You do not have lots of sheets of paper what can be lost.
       • You do not have to have a room used for all of the information.
   • Databases are bad because...
     • If there is too much data in the database when you try to access the data it may begin to crash (if it is digital)
     • Once you put the data , in a digital database, in and you have organised the data it may be hard to be re-organised
