1. Three main parts

   • Data
     • Text or numbers that are written that have no meaning
   • Labels
     • Information that will explain the data and give it meaning
   • Formulae
     • These are automatic calculations that will help you if some of the data changes so the total will change automatically

2. Formulae

   • For a formula to work, it msut have an "=" at the start for the program to recognise it as a formula
   • Using the maths operations ("+", "-", "*", "/") work with the formula.

3. Formulas

   • =SUM(A1:A10)
     • This will add all of the values together in a range of cells.
   • =MIN(A1:A10)
     • This will find the minimum value in a range of cells
   • =MAX(A1:A10)
     • This will find the maximum value in a range of cells
   • =AVERAGE(A1:A10)
     • This will add of the values together and divide them all by the amount that there are.
