  1. VGA

    • Video Graphics Array (VGA)
    • refers specifically to the display hardware first introduced with the IBM PS/2 line of computers in 1987
    • but through its widespread adoption has also come to mean either an analog computer display standard, the 15-pin D-subminiature VGA connector or the 640×480 resolution itself
  2. USB

    • Universal Serial Bus (USB)
    • is an industry standard developed in the mid-1990s that defines the cables
    • USB was designed to standardize the connection of computer peripherals (including keyboards, pointing devices, digital cameras, printers, portable media players, disk drives and network adapters) to personal computers, both to communicate and to supply electric power.
  3. FIREWARE

    • The IEEE 1394 interface is a serial bus interface standard for high-speed communications and isochronous real-time data transfer
    • It was developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s by Apple, who called it FireWire.
    • The 1394 interface is comparable to USB, and often those two technologies are considered together, though USB has more market share.[1] Apple first included FireWire in some of its 1999 models, and most Apple computers since the year 2000 have included FireWire ports, though, as of 2013, nothing beyond the 800 version (IEEE-1394b)
  4. POWER

    • A power cable is an assembly of two or more electrical conductors, usually held together with an overall sheath. The assembly is used for transmission of electrical power. Power cables may be installed as permanent wiring within buildings, buried in the ground, run overhead, or exposed.
    • Early telegraph systems used the first forms of electrical cabling, transmitting tiny amounts of power. Gutta-percha insulation used on the first submarine cables was, however, unsuitable for building wiring use since it deteriorated rapidly when exposed to air.
