     • High volume disposables, such as syringes. Manufacturing of these products requires less medical expertise than other product categories, but producers must comply with specific quality standards for medical devices.

       • Jamaica's main market for export within the medical device category is USA with only 37.25%, and exporting only $318K in  2016, there is a great opportunity for growth in the area.
