4. Finding the area of Triangles

   • Method #1: Unknown PH on Isosceles Triangle
     • Find unknown PH using Pythag.
       • Then continue with simple area formula A= B x PH/2
   • Method #2: Sine Ratio
     • 1 known angle with 2 sides attached to it
       • Area = 1/2 x ab x Sin O
   • Method #3: Heron's Formula
     • Semi Perimeter = (a+b+c) x 2
       • A = S (s-a)(s-b)(s-c) squared

5. Scale Factor

   • To find Paper Distance
     • RLD x mm or cm /scale factor
