Object

1. Every object has an attribute and an action that it can do. In Java, these are called fields and methods

   • Fields are variables
   • Methods define actions that a class's objects can do
     • The method main allows the class containing it to be invoked

2. Class

   • A class is a blueprint to create objects of identical type
   • Every class must have at least one constructor which is used to construct an object
   • Abstraction: the act of using programming objects to represent real-world objects
