Context
1. Easy access - must be able to take out of case and take case off themselves easily - to quickly write something down on site
2. Robust protection - protect device in case accidentally dropped or something hits it (especially in a dangerous construction site, or while riding motorcycle)
3. Safely use screen - make sure user can use the screen without hurting themselves or breaking the device (e.g. balancing on one hand risks device falling)
4. Outside/weather proof - tradies need to ensure they can use their device in any conditions
5. Messy hands - tradie may have messy hands (sawdust, scrap material); this must not touch the device = protective covering
