      2. Balance-To keep a center of mass
        1. Static= To keep balance without moving Dynamic= Keep balance while moving
          1. Gymnastics
            1. Footballer
          2. Coordination- To move two or more body parts at the same time
            1. Hand eye coordination- Tennis player hitting the ball back
            2. Power- Strength x Speed
              1. Javlin through- the bigger run up you get the further you through it
                1. Goalkeepers kick- The ability to kick the ball up the pitch
                2. Reaction Time-How quickly you respond to an action
                  1. A runner reacting to the starting pistol
