1. Rules

   • The goalkeeper must be inside his area
   • The players can't be inside the goalkeeper's area
   • Dooubles
     • You can't stop dribbling the ball and you continue dribbling it again
   • Make strides
     • If you stop dribbling the ball, you only can walk three steps and trow the ball
   • Three seconds
     • The player only can be with the ball in his/her hand three seconds
   • The ball can be touched with all parts of the body exept the legs
   • The goalkeeper can use all his body to defend the goal
